It’s our Birthday!

November is our Birthday month at Comb Culture in Fannie Bay!

This year we have reached a milestone, our 5th year of giving you all great hair, many great head-massages and hopefully lots of laughs as we’re a pretty funny bunch of gals!

To share some personal insight, we asked the girls to reflect on their most memorable or their funniest moment in the salon….

Comb Culture was founded in 2013 in Ange’s little salon at home. While Ange loved working as a freelance stylist she was yearning to be back in a professional space with a team.

Her determination to build this dream led to the opening of our beautiful Fannie Bay Salon in 2020. In 5 years the salon has grown from one to eight incredibly talented team members and is a fun a bustling space!

One of Ange’s priorities in the salon’s journey is to find healthier product ranges that could still deliver beautiful results. Let’s take a little look into what we love atm:

Australian owned and made, O&M products are rich in native Australian botanicals known for their detoxifying benefits, and the same detox philosophy flows through Filtered Beauty water filters. Also Australian made, they work to remove chlorine and heavy metals from your shower water while infusing it with minerals and vitamins like Zeolite and Vitamin C.

While the brand originates from Italy, Oway sources Australian ingredients such as Macadamia and Quandong. With glass and aluminium packaging Oway perfectly complements the salon’s conscious and sustainable vibe.
